<br />Mr. McKoy assisted in this project which the preparation of drainage design and underground utility investigation and design.
<br />The project had a very aggressive schedule, requiring to build two pedestrian bridges and two pedestrian tunnels at the Stadium
<br />in anticipation of the Superbowl LIV. Project also included the drafting and preparation of legal description and sketches for the
<br />dedication of land and aerial easements for the new structures in private property. The project total cost is $16 Millions.

<br />This water main project was following the Water System Master Plan and was designed by Mr. McKoy was the RPR (resident project
<br />representative) and provided full time inspections and construction administration services, including responsible of all coordination
<br />of work between different department of Miami Dade Aviation Department, FAA and the contractor. Mr. McKoy inspected installation
<br />of over 5,000 LF of 16 and 12-inch diameter DIP water mains, with taps, air release valves, asphalt pavement restoration including
<br />airside concrete apron restoration and all the required coordination. Mr. McKoy also participated in the preparation of record
<br />drawings and final project certification, punch-list and closeout.

<br />The South and Central Terminals (CBIS) / Checked Baggage Reconciliation Areas (CBRA) / Baggage Handling System (BHS)
<br />Program is a part of a $160 Million dollar program to centralize all baggage operations of these two terminals in a new modern
<br />facility. The Engineering phase, estimated at $1.6 Million included a new 4 Stories-70,000 SF building, and necessary
<br />modifications to the Central and South Terminals to accommodate the new Baggage systems. Mr. Mckoy assisted in the
<br />Construction Management for the civil component of the program. Tasks completed included the design and inspection of new
<br />water and sewer services for the building, underground utility coordination, concrete pavement design, pavement markings,
<br />signage, and maintenance of traffic. Project also included necessary civil coordination for the design and inspection of a
<br />temporary baggage make-up device requiring a 12” fire line relocation, new monitoring wells, and cleanout relocation.

<br />Mr. McKoy was Project Manager working at Broward County as in-house staff overseeing and scheduling work for the development
<br />and construction of over 1,000 bus stops including but not limited to bus stops, bus shelters, bus bays, bike lanes, curb and gutter,
<br />landing pads, sidewalk connectors, new sidewalks, handicap ramps, stormwater improvements and bus shelter pads. In addition,
<br />Mr. Jurado prepared paving, grading and drainage plans to depict proper stormwater conveyance and retention as per the
<br />proposed improvements. The utility coordination for this project was very rigorous since many of the bus stops were located within
<br />high dense urban areas with reduced right-of-way space.

<br />Mr. McKoy served as the Project Construction Manager for the development of a Park and Ride Facility at the North Perry Airport
<br />located on the northeast corner of Pembroke Road and University Drive in the City of Pembroke Pines. The site development
<br />included the design of the parking facility including a drainage and lighting system to serve riders of the Broward County Transit
<br />System, and a reconfiguration of the parking lot. Mr. McKoy was responsible for the coordination of permitting with the local
<br />governmental agencies and overseeing construction of this facility for Broward County Transit and the City of Pembroke
<br />Pines. Project was fast track and required expedited completion to secure federal funds.
