BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />Premiere Design Solutions, Inc. (PDS) served as the Topographic Surveyor <br />Consultant for Miami-Dade County under the Miami-Dade County Surveying Pool <br />contract for the completion of the surveying portion of this project. <br />The project intent was to provide roadway intersection improvements at five different <br />roadway intersections. PDS was tasked with the topographic surveys required for the <br />project, which required the completion of five separated Specific Purpose Surveys, one <br />for each intersection, but each had to include all visible relevant topographic features <br />along the proposed site area, Right-Of-Way research and preparation, plat research <br />and the submittal drawing was required to follow standards provided by the Client, <br />including layers, line weights, colors, symbols, etc, as required by Miami-Dade County. <br />The project had a very aggressive timeline to meet scheduling requirements, and PDS <br />utilized multiple crews to be able to finalize the topographic surveys within 30 days of <br />work order notice, and worked at risk prior to obtaining final approvals to be able to <br />complete the project in time. Locations Surveyed included: <br />Location Name: 2258 – Coral Way and SW 2 Av <br />Location Name: 2731 – Jefferson Av and 16 St <br />Location Name: 2111 – NE 4 Ct and NE 61 St <br />Location Name: 2488 – NW 22 Av & NW 62 St <br />Location Name: 2768 – Pennsylvania Av and 14 St <br />PDS completed the following scope at each location: <br />1.Established centerlines of rights of way, based on existing Plats <br />2.Showed right of way lines as per Public Records for the project area <br />3.Established physical control baseline using the center lines of the right of ways <br />4.Established a site benchmark in NGVD 1929 elevation datum <br />5.Located all topographic data for approximately 50 beyond the PC’s <br />6.All drainage structures including the size, pipes inverts, elevations and sizes <br />7.Located all existing mast arm including lengths, height and sizes <br />8.Elevation Cross section data every 25’ <br />9.Data delivered in state plane coordinates and aerial photographs <br />10.Signed and sealed Topographic Survey in a Scale of 1” = 20’ <br />11.Located all overhead wires and ground clearance at the Max. sag point. <br />12.Digital Cad drawing submittal prepared in 2014 Auto Cad version <br />81
