Rodriguez, FAIR, President 2121 Ponce de Leon Blvd., Ste. 101 C Coral Gables, FL 305-527-6219 Most of our current workload are with projects that are currently under construction therefore allowing office staff with ample work hours to start any project requested by the City at any time. Furthermore, we have held this type of contract for over 20 years and are extremely experienced with the type of work, the nimbleness required, and the speed with which most of these projects require. We committo provide the City of Sunny Isles Beach with a timely Performance of the work, as requested and expected by the City. In addition, as we have maintained for the past 30 years, we warrant and confirm that we will maintain in good standing all required licenses, certifications, and permits during the term of the agreement, as required by Federal, State, and Local laws to perform services. Our firm holds certified minority business certificates with most agencies in South Florida (see copies in Section H), and are in the process of applying with the State of Florida. We understand that if we are selected, we are willing to meet any location, budget or tasks ordered.
