Renovations included replacement of windows and roofing <br />membrane, while maintaining the existing plywood and wood substructure. <br />Cost: $198,660.00 <br />Year: 2017 <br />MDCR Pre -Trial Detention Center Faciliri <br />Re -roofing scope included raising all existing equipment as required by code, replacement <br />of all existing exhaust fans, re-routing of conduits that were installed on the parapet walls <br />and removal of all abandoned roof equipment. Work was conducted under strenuous <br />conditions due to the use of the building (county jail).
