PROJECT APPROACH AND UNDERSTANDING Kickoff Once the project has been authorized/awarded to us, we will schedule a kick-off' meeting with your project representative and any affected consultants. During this meeting, we will: IL • collect all pertinent project information • assess work timelines • record all project criteria • review and clarify project communication protocols • identify any project specific needs • collect all available existing documentation to take back to the office Program Validation To get your project underway, we assess and evaluate the project's program and unique needs. We will focus on better understanding your goals in relation to the opportunities that the project site presents. We then begin to craft a responsive design proposal that addresses each of your requirements. Roadmap Once a project has begun, regularly scheduled project meetings with consultants and clients allow RAI to keep close watch over your project while making sure that the work of all parties is coordinated during development and not after the fact or in the field.
