Our founding principal, Mike Rodriguez, FAIA, is a recognized expert with the Florida Building Code, the American with Disabilities Act, the Florida Accessibility Code for Building Construction, the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards and the Fair Housing Act. His deep knowledge and background of code analysis have positioned him within many teaching engagements on the topic including those in which he teaches the code to building officials and fellow professionals.
