BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost): <br /> <br />Gallagher Bassett Technical Services Division (GBTS), formerly EE&G Environmental Services, LLC, <br />was engaged to perform and prepare a Phase II Environmental Site Asses sment (ESA), and <br />following submission of drainage and design plans to the Miami-Dade County DERM, subsequent <br />Site Assessment Report Addendums (SARAs). GBTS conducted an Interim Source Removal (ISR) of <br />petroleum-affected soils. GBTS prepared the pre-construction environmental documents in <br />preparation for construction of a City Park, which included A Soil Management Plan (SMP), Dust <br />Control Plan (DCP), and Health & Safety Plan (HASP). GBTS also prepared a Conceptual <br />Engineering Control Plan (ECP) to provide the design for a safe cap across the further park to <br />prevent direct exposure to underlying arsenic-affected soils. <br /> <br />Cost: $60,000 Size: 2 Blocks Project Director: Craig C. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size , and cost) <br /> <br />Gallagher Bassett Technical Services Division (GBTS), formerly EE&G Environmental Services, <br />LLC, has been performing frequent and ongoing environmental consulting services throughout <br />the project during the design of the Maurice Gibbs Memorial Park. Tasks include: <br />Review records obtained from Miami-Dade County DERM and to develop a background of the <br />site and understanding of the team’s redevelopment objectives; Participate in all meetings <br />providing consultation and prepare reports as needed; Pr ovide a professional geologist to <br />prepare a budget for remediation, monitoring, and Engineering Control Maintenance
