Chip D’Angelo, Division President, has the authority to bind GBTS in <br />any resulting agreement or contract with the City. Following please find the original signed and notarized letter for <br />Signatory of Authorization from our Corporate Officer, Mr. Jim J. Bond, Director, Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc. <br />This authorization letter, as per the RFQ requirements of Page 31, G., c., hereby allows Mr. Wm. Chip D’Angelo, <br />Division President of Gallagher Bassett Technical Services Division, to execute any petitions or other documents <br />necessary to affect the contract approval process more specifically described as, the City of Sunny Isles Beach, RFQ <br />20-07-01, Continuing Professional Consulting Engineering Services-Environmental Engineering. Mr. D’Angelo is also <br />authorized to appear on my/our behalf before any administrative or legislative body in the county considering this <br />contract and to act in all respects as our agent in matters pertaining to this contract.
