As Senior CADD Manager and Field Supervisor, Mr. Oliva has planned and coordinated over 1,500 transportation, residential and commercial projects. Mr. Oliva is responsible for supervising field work and all CADD/Microstation activities used to develop and generate plans and profiles. Mr. Oliva’s responsibilities include attending project kick-off meetings, boring layouts or coordination with SUE team member if SUE responsible for layout, safety training, planning mobilization of drilling equipment as well as manpower, and overseeing CADD/MicroStation technicians for geotechnical projects. He also maintains a database of related information in GIS. In addition, Mr. Oliva is an experienced Laboratory and CTQP certified QC Manager. Mr. Oliva is also MOT certified by MDX. MIAMI-DADE COUNTY RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />Mr. Oliva was responsible for the planning and coordination of drill crews, Field work <br />supervision and CADD/Microstation activities for the following Miami-Dade County <br />projects: <br /> <br />Vista Verde Phase 4, Roadway and Drainage Improvement, City of Miami <br />Gardens, Florida. TSF provided Geotechnical Engineering Services for the Vista Verde Phase 4 located in the City of Miami Gardens, Florida. The project consists of roadway and drainage improvements and pavement design. The purpose of this study was to explore the subsurface conditions at the site to enable an evaluation of acceptable construction and site development considerations. TSF’s geotechnical field study included auger borings, pavement cores and borehole permeability tests. <br /> <br />Rehabilitation of West Bridge and Bear Cut Bridge on Rickenbacker <br />Causeway, Miami-Dade County, Florida. Performed a geotechnical engineering study for the rehabilitation of West Bridge (Bridge No. 874541) and Bear Cut Bridge (Bridge No. 874544). Field work included SPT borings, Borehole Permeability (BHP) tests, and rock coring. TSF performed pile capacity analysis, prepared soil parameters and provided geotechnical engineering recommendations. Additionally, TSF performed studies to determine the length and pile capacity of the existing bridge (unknown foundation study). <br />Drainage Improvements at NW 70th Avenue and NW 22nd Street, Miami- <br />Dade, Florida. Provided geotechnical services for the drainage improvements of the subject intersection. Field work included BHP tests and SPT borings. Issued a geotechnical report with soil profiles and the results of the BHP tests. <br />Downtown Roadway Drainage Improvements, Miami Gardens, Florida. Provided geotechnical services for the drainage improvement. Field work included BHP tests. Issued a geotechnical report with the results of the BHP tests. <br />SW 5th Street and SW 32nd Avenue Drainage Improvement Project, Miami- <br />Dade County, Florida. Provided geotechnical services for the drainage improvement. Field work included BHP tests and SPT borings. Issued a geotechnical report with soil profiles and the results of the BHP tests. <br /> <br />104
