With the system, TSF’s field technicians create an electronic draft report on site which is immediately transmitted to TSF’s Project Manager as well as City representatives for same day reporting. All draft reports will then be checked by the TSF Project Manager and QA/QC officer. Following QA/QC, the reports for the specific project are billed daily and mailed or emailed weekly to all specified parties.
