<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RFQ# 18-05-24 Architectural and Engineering Consulting Services: Construction Testing and Inspections <br />RFQ# 20-70-01 <br />Continuing Professional Consulting Services <br /> <br /> <br />MIAMI-DADE COUNTY RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE, continued <br />NW 107th Ave from 58th to NW 74th St., Doral, Florida. Mr. Krishnasamy was the Principal-in-Charge for the geotechnical engineering study which included a subsurface exploration for NW 107th Avenue from 58th St. to NW 74th Street. The soils in the median of the roadway were subsiding. Provided a geotechnical report with results of field testing and geotechnical observation. <br /> <br />SW 184th Street from Approximately 1200 Feet East of SW 157th Avenue to Approximately 100’ West of SW <br />170th Avenue, Miami-Dade County, Florida. Mr. Krishnasamy was the Principal-in-Charge for the Roadway improvement project which includes roadway widening to provide paved shoulders for SW 184th Street. Provided geotechnical recommendations and evaluation of the site and subsurface conditions with respect to the planned roadway improvements and for site preparation and foundation construction. <br />Turnpike SPUR from I-95 to Golden Glades Toll Plaza, Miami-Dade County. Mr. Krishnasamy was the Principal-in-Charge for the roadway soil survey for the Turnpike SPUR from I-95 to Golden Glades Toll Plaza in Miami-Dade County. This project consisted of the improvements include modification and widening to the existing roadways at the Golden Glade Interchange area. Provided a geotechnical report including geotechnical recommendations regarding treatment of organic soils and plastic soils, permanent cut and fill slopes, excavations, groundwater control, resilient modulus test results for pavement design, on-site soil suitability, and existing structure monitoring. <br />Dolphin Stadium Ultimate All Electronic Tolling (AET), Miami-Dade County, Florida. Mr. Krishnasamy was the Principle-in-Charge of the geotechnical engineering services for the Dolphin Stadium Ultimate AET in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The project is to convert the Dolphin Stadium Interchange to a full AET and included widening / reconstruction and milling and resurfacing of ramps and removal of concrete pavement. Construction also includes toll equipment structures, toll equipment building and ITS (CCTV) Pole. Provided a roadway soil survey report which included geotechnical evaluations and recommendations regarding Roadway (ramp) widening, pond excavations, permanent cut and fill slopes, excavations, groundwater control, on-site suitability, resilient modulus test, and monitor of existing structures. Additionally, provided a geotechnical engineering report which summarized the field and laboratory data generated, the subsurface conditions encountered and geotechnical recommendations for the design of Toll Equipment Structures, Toll Equipment Building, and ITS Pole along with construction considerations. <br />SR 821 (HEFT) Widening from north of SW 40th St. (Bird Road) to SR 836 (Dolphin Expressway), Miami- <br />Dade County, Florida. Mr. Krishnasamy was the Principle-in-Charge. TSF provided geotechnical engineering services and is currently providing Bridge Pile Inspections; Auger Cast Pile Inspections; Drilled Shaft Inspections; Spread Footing Inspections; Vibro-compaction Inspections and Foundation Certifications for the Design-Build project which includes the design, widening and reconstruction of SR 821from North of SW 40th St. to SR 836, in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The project includes widening the HEFT to include three (3) general purpose lanes and two (2) express lanes in each direction in addition to auxiliary lanes; Completion, widening and/or replacing of 9 bridges; access to the new express lanes; Construct operational and safety improvements at several Interchanges; modifications to the existing toll gantry; and Installation of new toll gantries, tolling infrastructures and toll facilities. The project also includes installation of CCTV poles, CIP Walls, Signal Mast Arms, Noise Walls and Overhead Signs. <br />Florida International University (FIU), PG3 Westside Exit Roadway, Miami, Florida. Mr. Krishnasamy was the Principle-in-Charge of the Geotechnical Engineering Services for the PG3 Westside Exit Roadway located at FIU’s Modesto A. Maidique Campus in Miami. This project consists of a new roadway exit including sidewalks and pedestrian signals improvements on the Westside of the existing FIU Panther Garage. Provided a geotechnical engineering report including geotechnical engineering evaluations and recommendations regarding permanent cut and fill slopes, excavations, groundwater control, pavement design considerations, and on-site suitability. <br />91
