<br />MDX SR 874/Don Shula Expressway and SR 878/Snapper Creek Expressway ORT, Miami-Dade County,
<br />Florida. Provided asphalt plant inspections (verification testing) for compliance with FDOT specifications and project requirements. TSF also provided weld inspections at machine shop for fabrication of monotubes and mast arm structures. Pelican Harbor Marina Boat Ramp Parking Lot Facility Improvements, Miami, Florida. Mr. Thomas was the Principal Engineer / Project Manager for the Construction Material Testing Services for the Pelican Harbor Marina Boat Ramp Parking Lot Facility Improvements located in Miami, Florida. The project consists of improvements to the parking lot facility including an extension of the South side sidewalks, boat ramps, entry gates and associated roadway improvements. TSF’s services included laboratory testing, soil and concrete sampling/testing, and reporting. Mr. Thomas provided review of daily reports, coordination, and attended meetings as necessary.
