Construction Engineering Inspections <br />Experience and Qualifications of Assigned Staff <br />Lakdas Nanayakkara, PE. with 40 years of experience in the Construction Industry as a Professional Engineer will <br />be the Structural Engineer for this contract. He will coordinate all of the disciplines required from assessment of <br />the service request, drafting a fee proposal, assigning the task to proper party, gathering relevant and existing data <br />(construction documents and service contract data) coordinating site meetings, assign team member for each task <br />of project. <br />Lakdas/Yohalem Engineering, Inc. (L.Y.E) with general contractor qualification has 3 professional Engineers with 4 <br />graduated Engineers and two graduated Architects with license plan review and 3 licensed Inspectors. <br />L.Y.E. has completed over 60 water treatment plant projects in the tri county area during the past 40 year in and <br />the US and on several islands on the Caribbean Basin. <br />LYE team consists of the Key Personnel: <br />Lakdas Nanayakkara, P.E. – Principal/Project Manager/Structural Engineer <br />Bandula Nanayakkara, Ph.D. – Senior Inspector <br />Pravin Nanayakkara, M.B.A. – Project Manager <br />Zuhair Jalloul, P.E - Civil Engineer/Project Manager <br />Luan Nguyen, M.
