BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />Smith Engineering Consultants, Inc. designed the electrical systems, including new decorative lighting poles and fixtures, <br />along SE 5th A venue. The electrical systems included a new electrical service and power for and photoelectric controlled <br />street lights. Also included were tree lighting for specific landscape improvements, and power receptacles for holiday <br />lighting of the trees. Calculations for the roadway illumination were made in accordance with city requirements, and light <br />pole details prepared to match the existing decorative lighting to the east.
