Smith & Associates (CAS). The <br />City of Belle Glade has been working with Craig A. Smith & <br />Associates since 2013. Over the past 5 years, Craig A. Smith & <br />Associates has provided surveying, engineering, construction <br />management and utility locating services on various stormwater, <br />utility and roadway improvement projects. CAS also currently serves <br />the city in the cap acity of City Engineer. <br />For over the past 5 years, the City of Belle Glade has found CAS to be <br />extremely effective in accompli shing the scope of service which has <br />been their responsibility on numerous projects. Most of these projects <br />are multifaceted and complex, yet when working with CAS, they <br />always have information readily available and explain with ease to <br />City administration and our Commission, all of which allows for a <br />better understanding from us and allows us to reach timely decisions. <br />I therefore recommend them highly for work. <br />Sincerely, <br />oc�/� <br />Harrelle
