Smith & Associates (CAS) is a local South Florida client-oriented firm tailored to serving the <br />needs of many governmental clients. We currently serve numerous other municipalities (counties, <br />cities, towns, special districts and utility departments/authorities) with similar services. CAS is highly <br />experienced and qualified to perform consulting services with respect to Civil Engineering -specifically, <br />utility (water & wastewater) engineering drainage/roadway design, master/project planning, <br />surveying, permitting, bidding assistance, construction management, Subsurface Utility Engineering <br />(Utility Locates), and grant funding assistance, more specifically for the following categories as <br />described in the Scope of Services of this RFQ: 2. Clvll Engineers, 4. Surveyors and Mapping, and 10. <br />Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Services. Additional categories and services described <br />in the RFQ, such as 3. Electrlcal Engineers, 7. Geotechnlcal Services, 8. Structural Engineering Services <br />and 9.
