22 <br />TAB E - QUALIFICATION INFORMATION & ASSIGNED PERSONNEL <br />The KEITH team has the blend of experiences to handle every aspect <br />of a project’s needs from start to finish. KEITH currently employs over <br />160 full-time staff members of whom 50 are surveying and mapping <br />related personnel. Our current percentage of active survey work <br />compared to all the other services we provide is 40% and we’ve <br />consistently performed at this level of activity, giving us the ability to <br />adjust our crews based on the demand. <br />Another benefiting factor that most firms do not have are our <br />hybrid crews. Our hybrid crews are cross trained to have both survey <br />and utility experienced personnel on each crew allowing us to <br />expand crews if necessary. Every crew can perform multiple tasks <br />such as survey, GPS <br />and utilities services. <br />KEITH is also able <br />to provide all the <br />services the City <br />needs — in-house, <br />under one roof. <br />Tasks are done <br />faster—efficiently <br />and effectively. <br />Our completed <br />projects total for <br />last year was more <br />than 200 survey and <br />mapping-related <br />assignments. Those <br />projects ranged <br />from sketch and <br />legal description <br />surveys, to flood <br />certificatesy for two <br />major transportation projects such as the I-95 Express Lanes and <br />the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) South <br />Runway tunnel. Our team utilizes technologies both in the field and <br />in the office to verify accuracy of existing features through our 3D <br />Scanning, Survey and SUE capabilities. We are well equipped with <br />technology and personnel to tackle any small, medium or large <br />survey the City may require. <br />The KEITH team has completed and performed similar <br />assignments for consulting service contracts for the past twenty- <br />one years which include numerous construction layout, boundary <br />surveys, preparation of sketches and legal descriptions, mapping, <br />AutoCAD drafting, calculations, and others <br />such as topographic surveys, horizontal and <br />vertical geodetic control surveys, right-of- <br />way mapping and right-of-way mapping and <br />right-of-way surveys, parcel and right-of- <br />way stakeout, digital terrain models (DTM), <br />maintenance mapping, parcel sketches and <br />GIS services.
