<br />KEITH has provided construction related services for projects ranging
<br />from airport facilities, residential communities, commercial projects
<br />and recreational parks including structures, terminals, roadways,
<br />parking lots, and utility infrastructures. The best construction

<br /> Construction Administration
<br /> Consultant/contractor/materials

<br /> MOT (Maintenance of Traffic)
<br /> Project controls utilizing the
<br /> records system for financial
<br /> reporting and project record
<br /> keeping with strict adherence to
<br /> policy
<br /> Estimating and scheduling
<br /> Oversee daily job site activities
<br /> with supervisors, engineers and
<br /> inspections, as needed
<br /> Quality Assurance
<br /> Safety and Risk Management
<br /> Oversight of permitting and
<br /> inspections
<br /> Coordinate all temporary badges, visitor passes,
<br /> escort rated badges, badge renewals, vehicle decals, airside
<br /> driver endorsement, and any other required security issues
<br /> Report to contract program manager or designated Project
<br /> Manager, as applicable
<br /> Review and approve all pay applications for earned value and
<br /> contract compliance which may include change orders,
<br /> CPEAM’s, release of retainage, and final payments
<br /> Be knowledgeable with contract delivery methods such as CM@
<br /> Risk, fixed bid, unit price and design/build
<br /> Be knowledgeable with all environmental standards, FAA rules
<br /> and regulations and State and Federal DOTS
<br /> Advise on and comply with all security policies

<br />Our Landscape Architecture & Planning Studio focuses on
<br />creativity, sensibility, and vision to guide and assist with smart,
<br />long-term decisions that result in preserved or enhanced value
<br />for our projects and our community as a whole. Regardless of the
<br />scope of the project, we bring experience, knowledge, fresh energy,
<br />innovation and palpable enthusiasm to each and every project
<br />engagement from pre-start through post-completion.
<br />Our Landscape Architecture Department specializes in the
<br />creative fusion of architecture, landscape architecture and the
<br />environment. The ability to offer in-house landscape architecture
<br />design capabilities provides for
<br />a more comprehensive, unified
<br />team. Our team has provided
<br />innovative designs for institutional
<br />and commercial projects,
<br />residential and mixed-use
<br />developments, streetscape and
<br />roadway beautification, active and
<br />passive parks, plazas and various
<br />urban redevelopments.
<br />Whether it is in meeting the
<br />code of landscape ordinances with
<br />creativity or in creating spectacular
<br />lush destinations — we bring
<br />experience, knowledge, fresh
<br />energy and innovation to each
<br />project. Our approach guides and
<br />assists clients in making smart, long-
<br />term decisions that result in greater
<br />value for them, their projects, their
<br />clients and our community. From
<br />site detailing to landscape and
<br />irrigation plans, tree assessment
<br />and removal, mitigation plans and
<br />more, our team has completed
<br />projects for public and private
<br />clients throughout the tri-county
<br />region including projects for
<br />hospitals, libraries, parks (public
<br />and aquatic), fire stations, marinas,
<br />streetscapes and more. Clients
<br />include City of Fort Lauderdale, City of Pompano and its CRA, FDOT
<br />District 6, City of Parkland, FDOT and the Seminole Tribe. KEITH also
<br />provided landscape architecture services for the City of Hallandale
<br />Beach Fire Rescue Station No. 7 and EOC Headquarters.
<br />Our team is experienced in all aspects of master planning,
<br />including the creation of a framework in which development parcels,
<br />massing, heights, relationships of buildings, circulation and streets
<br />are defined in enough detail to define predictable outcomes
<br />but with sufficient flexibility to allow various responses to actual
<br />developers and designers of which there may be several within one
<br />master plan area. We also have significant expertise with planned
<br />unit developments, form-based codes and non-physical aspects of
<br />master planning such as funding, scheduling and phasing. Our team
<br />has prepared master plans for various jurisdictions and agencies.
<br />Significant projects include projects for the City of Fort Lauderdale,
<br />City of Marathon and City of Parkland, as well as the Broward County
<br />Convention Center and the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International
