Some projects provided under this contract <br />include: <br />Winfield Boulevard Traffic Calming and Streetscape <br />Improvements: Traffic calming measures and streetscape <br />improvements for the corridor of Winfield Boulevard from SR-7 <br />to NW 64th Terrace. Approximately 3,000 LF of local roadway. <br />Scope entails providing schematic drawings of existing conditions, <br />concept drawings including three alternatives considering potential <br />lane width modifications, landscaping, potential pavement <br />enhancements, lighting, introduction of round-abouts and other <br />improvements aimed at traffic calming, cost estimates, Design, <br />Permitting and Construction Documents, project coordination and <br />community workshops. <br />Colonial Drive Traffic Calming, Pedestrian Routing and <br />Streetscape Improvements-Phase 1: Phase1 of traffic calming, <br />pedestrian routing and streetscape improvements containing <br />approximately 500 LF of Local Roadway. Scope entails schematic <br />drawings of existing conditions, concept drawings including two <br />alternatives considering potential lane width modifications, road <br />geometry adjustments, landscaping, street lighting, potential <br />pavement enhancements, other improvements aimed at enhancing <br />pedestrian crossing experience on Colonial Drive and traffic calming, <br />cost estimates, coordination meeting with Northwest Regional <br />Hospital and MCRA staff and public workshops, if necessary. <br />Project Location: Margate, FL <br />Project Commencement: 2015 <br />Project Completion: On-going
