As one of the veteran <br />consulting firms in the community, KEITH is extremely qualified to <br />meet the City’s needs. Our team’s familiarity with providing similar <br />services through many municipalities across South Florida, and our <br />relationship with local agencies and utility companies, provides us <br />with valuable insight into your project needs and requirements. Our <br />experience with continuing services contracts, combined with our <br />specific discipline knowledge and expertise in working within South <br />Florida, translates into an absolute minimal learning curve which can <br />save the City precious resources like time and money. Moreover, our <br />involvement in the community extends well beyond the profession, <br />as we are active in various cities on a philanthropic and community <br />support level. This support can be seen in the time, talent, and <br />treasure that KEITH continues to give back. <br />KEITH is a multi-disciplinary firm that provides holistic site <br />development solutions, offering in-house expertise in Civil <br />Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Utility Coordination, Survey <br />and Mapping, Transportation Engineering, Subsurface Utility <br />Engineering, Planning and Construction Engineering Inspection <br />(CEI), services. KEITH is a team of more than 160 professionals. <br />KEITH is headquartered in Pompano Beach and has offices in Palm <br />Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, and Miami - where this contract <br />will be serviced from. <br />KEITH recognizes that our primary responsibility in this contract <br />will be to provide accurate and timely service, as individual work <br />orders are required by the City. Careful consideration of individual <br />project conditions, scopes, and the assignment of a responsive <br />point of contact are necessary components in developing innovative <br />project solutions and procedures to complete the project most <br />efficiently and to maximize the City’s benefit. <br />KEITH believes in a holistic approach to the design process which <br />may be categorized into three general phases: <br />Exploration Phase - The process of becoming familiar with an area <br />through extensive analysis. <br />Inspiration Phase - The process of developing ideas emanating <br />from the exploration phase. <br />Implementation Phase - The process of activating a decision or <br />plan. <br />Each phase builds on the previous and seeks to combine a <br />triple bottom line perspective; with an emphasis on social, living <br />environment, and economic influences.
