PROJECT APPROACH AND UNDERSTANDINGD Avirom & Associates, Inc. is a land surveying firm – dedicated solely to delivering land surveying services to our clients. We are one of a few land surveying firms in the state with 7 licensed land surveyors, 10 fully equipped field crews and 8 CADD technicians on staff. We attribute much of our success to the tenure of our team as many of our employees have been with us for over 30 years. Over our 40 years in business we have worked on major projects throughout Florida including a balance of assignment with public agencies and private development firms. We are currently surveying Phase 7 for mapping the entire Town of Palm Beach for the undergrounding of power lines. Our firm has provided land surveying services for municipal agencies throughout South Florida and the Florida Keys. Most relevant is our experience with coastal communities similar to the City of Sunny Isles Beach including the Town of Palm Beach, City of Pompano Beach, City of Fort Lauderdale and the City of Delray Beach, Monroe County, Village of Islamorada and the City of Key West. In addition, our survey partners at Gibbs Land Surveyors has worked extensively with your neighboring communities of Miami Beach, Hallandale Beach and the City of Hollywood. We have worked in secure areas such as Florida Power & Light’s Turkey Point Nuclear Facility, Saint Lucie Nuclear Facility and we are currently working on their Dania Beach Clean Energy Plant. All of these assignments required security clearance and badging of our employees. We have also performed surveys for the U.S. Navy on their Boca Chica Naval Air Station and Trumbo Point Naval Air Station in Key West. These facilities also required badged employees within secured areas. We are confident, that given the opportunity, we will meet or exceed the City of Sunny Isles Beach’s expectations.
