COVER LETTER AND EXECUTIVE SUMMARYC Current and Projected Workload: Similar to this advertisement by the City of Sunny Isles Beach Continuing Contract for Land Surveying and Mapping Services, Avirom & Associates holds contracts with public agencies throughout the tri-county region, Martin and Monroe County. We are currently under contract with the following municipalities. • City of Coral Springs (thru October 2020) – no current projects • City of Delray Beach (thru August 2022) – no current projects • City of Key West (thru April 2023) – Survey services of 5th Street and Patterson Avenue to address Citizen Action Line report / Thomas Street and Amelia Street to address Citizen Action Line Concern • City of Pompano Beach (thru October 2020) - no current projects • Martin County (thru May 2021) – no current projects • Monroe County (thru October 2020) - no current projects • Town of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea (thru May 2022) – no current projects • Village of Islamorada (thru August 2020) – no current projects • City of Tamarac (thru September 2020) - no current projects • City of Marathon (thru February 2022) – no current projects • City of Lauderhill (pending new contract) – on going miscellaneous projects Licensing and Certifications: Avirom & Associates is licensed and in good standing with Florida’s Department of Professional Regulations and all agencies associated with the Land Surveying and Mapping industry, federal, state and local entities. Small Business Status: Avirom & Associates is a certified Small Business and shall serve as the prime contractor for this Land Surveying Services Continuing Contract with City of Sunny Isles Beach. As previously stated, Gibbs Land Surveyors will serve as an extension of the Avirom team. They are also a small business entity.
