CORPORATE STANDING AND AUTHORIZED SIGNATORYG <br />Respondent must demonstrate that the company is in good standing and that the person signing this <br />submittal is an Authorized Signatory on behalf of the respondent to sign bids, proposals, negotiate and/ <br />or sign contracts, agreements, amendments and related documents to which the respondent will be duly <br />bound. <br />The respondent must provide a copy of the State Certificate of good standing listing the officers of the <br />company. If the signatory is not one of the officers listed on the State Certificate, the respondent must <br />provide one of the following forms of evidence of Signatory Authority with its response: <br />Michael D. Avirom, P.L.S. is the founding officer, President and Sole Authorized Signatory for Avirom <br />& Associates, Inc. The firm is in good standing with the State of Florida’s Division of Corporations <br />and presents its 2020 FLORIDA PROFIT CORPORATION ANNUAL REPORT AND CORPORATE <br />STANDING CERTIFICATE for the City of Sunny Isles Beach’s inspection.
