QUALIFICATION INFORMATION AND ASSIGNED PERSONNEL OUR BACKGROUND AND HISTORY SRS Engineering, Inc. (SRS) was founded by its current president, Ignacio Serralta, P.E., in 1995 and the firm has been steadily growing ever since. For over 24 years, SRS has garnished a reputation for quality work, outstanding client service, dependability, and integrity. These founding principles have fostered a reliable base of loyal clientele and allowed us to consistently win high profile contracts and build an extensive portfolio of project experience in civil engineering, water/sewer infrastructure, and roadway design services. We have completed projects all over South Florida, ranging from Port St. Lucie to the Keys, and internationally in the Caribbean, Central America, and Africa. We are currently under contract providing similar continuous professional engineering services to several local municipalities as mentioned above. For instance, our firm is currently working on two major arterial roadways for Miami-Dade County DTPW and we are also under contracts to provide pump station and pipeline design to the Miami-Dade County Water and Sewer Department (WASD) over the next few years. Currently, SRS is providing designs on over 785 acres of local land development projects. This contains the design of the Countyline Corporate Park development, which converted 504-Acres of land into an industrial business center with approximately 8.3 million square feet of warehouses. Furthermore, we are providing designs for Lennar Homes, LLC for the Aquabella residential development that is a 135-acre single-family and townhome community comprised of 948 residential units and a 22-acre lake. The driving force for our success has been our remarkable team of engineers and professional staff whose technical expertise and skills are among the best in the industry. Our firm is guided by a Principal who personally directs every aspect of a project and encourages open communication, allowing for groundbreaking solutions and outstanding professional service to the clients. Furthermore, SRS Engineering, Inc. (SRS) has a plethora of experience with permitting and municipalities. We have worked in difficult areas dealing with environmental issues, catch basins, contamination, endangered species, etc. Although those issues have presented themselves, we have still managed to finish projects on time and with the proper agreed upon budget. 11
