OUR TEAM We have carefully assembled a team of experienced professionals that will ensure that the City will receive full range of services and capabilities needed to successfully complete its projects. Our team consists of the following local firms: ◼SRS Engineering, Inc. (SRS) (Prime/Civil Engineering) ◼Hadonne Corp. (Surveying Services) ◼Nelco Testing & Engineering Services, Inc. (Geotechnical Engineering) Leading our team will be our president and founder, Mr. Ignacio Serralta, P.E., who will operate as Principal-In-Charge. Mr. Serralta has over thirty- one years of experience in civil engineering planning, design, and management for a wide range of public works, site development, and infrastructure projects. Mr. Serralta will be personally overseeing the management of the assigned projects and coordinating between the City and the SRS Team. Our Vice President/Senior Project Manager for Quality Assurance and Control will be Mr. Jeovanny Rodriguez, P.E. who has more than 27 years of municipal and project management experience. Mr. Rodriguez’s expertise comprises of managing an array of projects for local municipalities. He is very knowledgeable on local design standards and regulations, is very familiar with the many facets of roadway improvements projects. Mr. Rodriguez was the former Director of the City of Miami Capital Improvement & Transportation Program. Our Vice President/Assistant Project Manager will be Mr. Jean-Claude Fontaneau, E.I., who has more than fifteen years of experience as a Project Manager and over twenty-one years at SRS Engineering, Inc. This role has enabled him the opportunity to manage the planning and design of an array of municipal and site development projects. Mr. Fontaneau has had a wide range of project management experience that involves land development, site planning, municipal engineering, roadway engineering, construction management, field supervisor, quality control, as well as storm water management and drainage engineering. Recently Mr. Fontaneau has been primarily responsible for the engineering design, preparation of plans and specifications in the areas of roadway design improvements, storm drainage systems, pump stations, site development projects, along with water and sanitary sewer pipelines. He has the keen ability to deliver superb project execution, along with maintaining high quality engineering standards. He is very knowledgeable on the local environmental and permitting regulations. CURRENT WORKLOAD - Our current workload is light, and we promise there shall be no staff overload or reassignment of staff to other projects. We value our commitment to our Clients and if given the opportunity work with the City of Sunny Isles Beach, SRS is committed to meeting all the requirements, budgets, and schedules. We are currently working on several projects that will be completed within the next couple of months and we will have the staff and resources available to meet the City needs. We are accustomed to working on multiple projects at the same time and we have the staff capacity, local design, and permitting experience to provide the responsive and quality services the City expects. 4
