The work included coordination with project
engineers, City of Hialeah Public Works staff and utility location personnel for identification of existing
utilities, traffic control and work execution. NTES was also responsible for preparation of all testing and
construction recommendation reports used by the design engineers in these projects. Many of these projects
have been successfully completed and are currently in use.

Project Manager in charge of the engineering testing for the reconstruction and widening of NW 41 Street
in Miami from 97th Avenue to 107th Avenue. NTES performed the test borings and percolation tests as
requested by Project Engineers. We were responsible for obtaining soil testing data and providing
recommendations for roadway and drainage construction. The work included coordination with Project
Engineering for work execution, with Public Works for traffic control and with utility location personnel.
Upon completion of all testing NTES prepared and submitted all test results, reports and construction
recommendations. This project has since been completed and is currently in use.

Project Manager in charge of the engineering testing and structural building inspections for Kendall Breeze,
a four phase residential single family and townhome development. This project included all geotechnical
testing required for construction of roadways, drainage systems and buildings. NTES was responsible for
providing in-process inspections, testing and certifications of the soil improvement operations for all
roadways and building foundations pads.
