Demolished the existing lobby and created a new two-story lobby with a curtain wall system utilizing low-e glazing, allowing for a light-filled entrance that also reduced the heat transmission into the enclosed space. • Area: 18,000 Sq.Ft. • Cost: $2,000,000.00 • Specific Role: Project Architect + Interior Designer.
