The <br />first level of this 80,000 SF building consists of a <br />pedestrian friendly retail area with an arch covered <br />exterior sidewalk facing City Hall Promenade <br />and the pedestrian/automobile entrance to the <br />building. The second and third floor houses the <br />City’s Police Department including a sally port <br />entry, holding areas, offices,conference rooms <br />and investigative facilities.
