57 <br />Firm Experience & Qualifications <br />BEA Architects, Inc., has provided Architectural Design, Planning Services and <br />Drafting Support Services to corporations and institutions worldwide for more than <br />25 years. The reputation of the firm has been established because of its people, <br />whose experience, qualifications, knowledge, energy, creativity and commitment <br />in every project has helped to fulfill our client’s needs and goals while staying on <br />budget and within time. <br />The firm holds an Architectural License with the State of Florida Department of <br />Business and Professional Regulation, Board of Architecture & Interior Design, <br />as well as a Professional Engineering License with the State of Florida Board of <br />Professional Engineers. <br />BEA counts with 5 Registered Architects in the State of Florida Board of Architecture <br />and Interior Design, who have more than 200 years of combined experience in the <br />Architectural field. Our Architects, some of whom have been part of the firm since <br />it was established, have worked in a variety of Architectural Design and Planning <br />projects, providing planning, designing, permitting, bidding and construction <br />administration services. All of our architects are registered with the National Council <br />of Architectural Registration Boards, and two of them are AIA (American Institution <br />of Architects) members who also hold LEED AP Certifications. <br />BEA also counts with a Technical Support Staff who has all the qualifications, <br />including Masters of Architecture and decades of combined experience, to provide <br />Drafting Support Services. Our team is proficient in all current and recent releases <br />of AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, and all of the Adobe Design products, including but not <br />limited to, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere. <br />The firm has an outstanding record of successful completion of over 20 Continuing <br />Services Contracts with different cities, organizations and municipalities, in the <br />past 10 years, including: City of Miami Beach, PortMiami, City of North Miami, City <br />of Miami Gardens, Miami-Dade Parks & Recreation, Miami-Dade County Public <br />Schools, Port Canaveral, Port Everglades, among others. The BEA Team consists <br />of the international talents of 30 employees, representing more than 20 different <br />nationalities.
