Changes may include, but are not limited to, ownership, officers, directors, management, key personnel, scope of work performed, daily operations, on-going business relationships with other firms or individuals or the physical location of your firm. After our review, you will receive instructions as to how you should proceed, if necessary. Failure to do so will be deemed a failure on your part to cooperate and will result in action to remove your firm's certification.
