Cristina Fandino is personally involved in all her projects from the Planning and Programming Phases through Construction. It is especially important for her to create a great client relationship. Her interpersonal skills establish a close working relationship with her clients to establish the character and scale of the design tasks through its exterior and interior design. Mrs. Fandino also develops early -on criteria for interior and graphics design to create a total image appropriate for her client's program and aspirations. Ms. Fandino's extensive experience includes successful project design and management for which has been recipient of several architectural design awards including: ➢ Outstanding Design Award from the City of Doral ➢ Honorable Mention for a design concept to establishing a mesh between the architectural fabric of Little Havana and Downtown Miami ➢ Merit Award for a Prototype School Design Competition for Miami Dade County Schools ➢ First Place for the urban design to upgrade a multi -use area of downtown Coral Gables, Florida. CFM Architects has also provided professional architectural services for a PortMiami Contract as a sub -consultant to AECOM. Mariela Martin -Fernandez is an accomplished and energetic Project Manager with a solid history of achievement in Design and Construction. Motivated leader with strong organizational and prioritization abilities, Ms. Martin -Fernandez' areas of expertise include Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Building Code compliance, document processing, and close-out procedure. Great team leader, Mariela plans, defines and clarifies projects scope of work, determines the organizational project structure, and identifies employee's roles and positions. She sets team direction and assigns work, controlling the job, keeping it on track, working with accounting collection and disbursement of funds to pay bills or issue invoices pertaining to the jobs.
