Page 10 <br />Approach - As this solicitation is for a continuing contract with <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach. Task/work orders will vary in scope, <br />size and complexity. CFM Architects Inc. will work with the City's <br />team of project subconsultants and The City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />to address and develop individualized project plans for each <br />facility and task order to account for the unique nature of each <br />project. <br />During planning stages, CFM will meet with The City of Sunny Isles Beach , other required disciplines <br />on the team and the City's representatives to review the project goals and objectives and conduct <br />a walk through if necessary to discuss budget and timeline and ultimately develop and action plan. <br />This will ensure The City of Sunny Isles Beach successful tasks and projects all completed on time <br />and within budget. <br />Expertise with Scheduling - We understand the importance of providing a clear work plan <br />schedule that show work activated, upcoming tasks and milestone dates related to all phases of <br />design for all three projects. The Team is aware of the importance of the project schedule and strives <br />to continuously meet or improve the schedule. At the beginning of the project, the Team will review <br />the project schedule with The City of Sunny Isles Beach and will identify important milestone dates <br />and discuss any issues that may create challenges to accomplishing the overall schedule. Excellent <br />communication is key to staying on schedule.
