We have <br />found Mrs.Fandino to be very professional and performs tasks on time. Mrs. Fandino is <br />the architect of record for our project located in Davie, Tom) Park Crossing. -lhe commu- <br />nity was 100 units and included common area amenities. Nirs. Fandino and her consul- <br />tants took the project from site: plan approval through proiect completion. <br />In addition, we have worked together on a half dozen preliminary site plan analysis's in <br />Miami -Dade and Broward Countv.
