This includes Architectural, structural, Civil and mechanical Electrical plumbing planning and design. <br />Provided Services in total of 33,242 SF as fallow: <br />-Site: Water Chiller -Air reciprocating 100 Ton, requires replacement. PAW Coaling requires replacement. <br />-Building 2: Cafeteria- Modified roof requires replacement. <br />-Building 4: Aluminum windows are damaged, require replacement. Complete HVAC system -wide replacement. Make-up Air inadequate & should be increased. <br />-Building 5: Aluminum windows are damaged, require replacement. Complete HVAC system -wide replacement. Make-up Air inadequate & should be increased. Group <br />Restroom- Fodurelgnishes beyond their useful life; need replacement. <br />-Building 6: Aluminum windows are damaged, require replacement.
