<br />Since the year 2000, RJ Behar & Company, Inc. (RJ Behar) has been
<br />designing street neighborhood improvements for the City of Hialeah.
<br />This is part of the continuous neighborhood improvement program the
<br />City has been conducting. Under this program, RJ Behar has completed
<br />more than 50 miles of City street improvements.
<br />The projects have consisted of roadway reconstruction with some milling
<br />and resurfacing, curb and gutter type f, valley gutter, sidewalks, on-
<br />street parking, exfiltration drainage system, storm sewers, sodding,
<br />signing and pavement markings and roadway lighting. Some of these
<br />projects have included streetscaping with urban design features,
<br />decorative as well as regular lighting, utility coordination, maintenance
<br />of traffic plans and construction inspection services. These projects
<br />included:
