Financial Stability <br /> <br />RJ Behar has a sound financial base, has demonstrated financial stability, and possesses adequate physical resources to <br />support our mission and the scope of our services we provide. The financial base and stability of the company and our <br />ability to provide adequate physical resources is reflected in RJ Behar’s financial statements. Our “current ratio is approx- <br />imately 1.17 and it has been on the rise of late, which should be over 2.0 if the current trend remains. <br />Our growth is 0% over the past 3 years. Over the past year it is about 5% growth over last year’s revenue at this time. RJ <br />Behar’s revenue is generated from providing professional consulting services to the State of Florida, Municipalities, Counties, <br />Cities, as well as private clients. These funding sources <br />are adequate to provide financial stability for our <br />company. The stability of RJ Behar depends greatly on <br />the CEO’s ability to keep accurate records of past and <br />current financial conditions. RJ Behar is a financially <br />stable company with an impeccable track record since <br />1999. RJ Behar has never been involved in any prior <br />or current bankruptcy proceedings. <br /> <br />
