<br />Dear Evaluation Committee:
<br />SYNALOVSKI ROMANIK SAYE, LLC (SRS) is pleased to submit our qualifications to the City of Sunny Isles Beach for
<br />Professional Services mainly for Architectural Services, however, we have a full team of consultants that cover the outlined
<br />services mentioned in the RFQ.
<br />SRS understands that for this contract, the construction cost of each individual contract will not exceed $4,000,000 and that
<br />study activity fees will not exceed $500,000. And that services may be required for a full range of municipal projects includ-
<br />ing the acquisition, operation or improvement of City lands, buildings, facilities, utilities and roads, building and structural
<br />evaluations to determine building capacity, development options or other related services, conceptual preforms and devel-
<br />opment analysis, re-use or alternative use analysis on existing buildings, project design, design drawings and cost estimates,
<br />project scope development for formal solicitations and other contractual services, permitting and planning assistance.
<br />The category which we would like to be considered is for - ARCHITECTS. SRS understands that services shall include, but
<br />not limited to: study phase, design, plan review, cost estimating, interior design, landscape design, space planning and con-
<br />struction phase services for miscellaneous renovations, addtions and new construction projects. Providing general consulta-
<br />tion, conceptual plans, master planning, structural engineering design, technical specifications, construction documents,
<br />bidding services, construction administration services, on-site repesentation, cost estimates and other architectural services
<br />including but not limited to city facilties repair, renovation and new construction. SRS and our consultants are prepared to
<br />service this contract and all the services advertised. SRS has read, understood and shall adhere to the Requirements of the
<br />Consultants as stated on page 22 of the RFQ.
<br />SRS is a multi-disciplinary Architecture and Interior Design Firm providing professional services in the State of Florida since
<br />1988. For the past thirty-two (32) years, SRS has served thirty-two (32) municipalities throughout the State. Since, 2006, SRS
<br />has also had a branch office in Bradenton, Florida.
<br />Our SRS Fort Lauderdale Team includes fourteen (14) design professionals. Our staff includes two (2) Registered Architects,
<br />two (2) Licensed Interior Designers, three (3) LEED Accredited Professionals, four (4) Graduate Architects and three (3) Ad-
<br />ministrative Staff. As a Firm, our Senior Staff (Manuel Synalovski, AIA, LEED AP - City of Plantation; Merrill Romanik, AIA, LEED
<br />AP - Village of Miami Shores) has been working together for the past twenty-eight (28) years. As a Team, together with our
<br />Consultants, we have been responsible for over three hundred and twenty-five (325) exceptional Municipal Projects.
<br />SRS has serviced forty-six (46) Continuing Contract Projects for the Cities of Coconut Creek, Dania Beach CRA, Delray Beach
<br />CRA, Fort Lauderdale, Gainesville, Hallandale Beach, Hialeah, Hollywood (CRA), Homestead, Key West, Lauderdale Lakes,
<br />Lauderhill, Lighthouse Point, Miramar, North Lauderdale, North Miami Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Pembroke Pines, Plantation,
<br />Pompano Beach, Sunrise, Tamarac, Weston, West Palm Beach, Broward County and Lakewood Ranch Inter-District Authority.
<br />As well as the towns of Surfside, Davie and Southwest Ranches; several academic institutions such as Broward College, Barry
<br />University, Kaplan University, School Board of Broward County, Pembroke Pines Charter School System, Brauser Maimonides
<br />Academy, Hillel Community Day School, David Posnack Jewish Day School; and private companies such as Ultimate Soft-
<br />ware Group and the Memorial Healthcare System.
