As part of the scope, <br />CALTRAN studied the impact of lane elimination by collecting Turning Movement Count at 19 intersection, <br />Traffic Volume Counts at 3 locations and also using SERPM model to assess traffic diversion due to lane <br />elimination for N.W. 1st Avenue and N.W. 3rd Avenue to parallel facilities. Synchro 10.0 was utilized to explore <br />existing, future build and future no build scenarios.
