We propose to coordinate with City in advance to determine and to schedule work assignments to ensure <br />that resources are available to meet any and all submittal and production deadlines . Having reviewed the <br />workload of the team that will be assigned to the contract; we feel certain that we can accomplish any request that <br />the City may have as our current workload will not adversely impact this contract. CALTRAN’s principal and founder, <br />Juan Calderon, PE, PTOE to be the project manager position further stresses our commitment to the City. <br />Our proposed Project Manager, will be responsible for organizing all aspects of the contract’s activities including: <br />scheduling field reviews, overseeing project development and analysis and final deliverables and coordinating with the <br />sub-consultant project team to ensure that all functions are smoothly incorporated into the overall assignments. Mr. <br />Calderon has successfully managed and delivered multiple task work order oriented contracts that contain the same <br />services anticipated under this contract. <br />Moreover, CALTRAN’s ultimate commitment is to produce or provide cost-effective solutions to today’s complex <br />transportation needs while meeting your staff and stakeholders at any time, within budget and schedule, and by <br />achieving or exceeding the quality that your organization is expecting. <br />CALTRAN greatly appreciates the opportunity to present our skills and qualifications. Our Team has a redundant resource that is highly available and ready to begin work on Day 1. <br />Quality – Our QA/QC process CALTRAN recognizes that a quality control is not only required by the RFQ, but <br />is also an industry necessity. We have always pro-actively aim for high quality deliverables. <br />Experience – Our experience in conducting planning studies, designing and permitting, traffic engineering and <br />engineering reviews for clients is a valuable asset.
