She will also perform <br />the role of project director, on a macro level, a role she <br />has filled on many projects. Marlene will coordinate with <br />the City’s team and IA’s core team to ensure appropriate <br />levels of staffing and resources during each phase, as well <br />as to ensure consistency and timeliness. <br />Current Workload <br />Humana Account 10% <br />First Horizon Account 10% <br />Miscellaneous Projects 20% <br />Isis is responsible for the team’s ability to meet desig- <br />nated objectives and deliver successful projects. Focused <br />on integrating the program and design with the technical <br />requirements of the space, she coordinates project docu- <br />mentation, team members, and consultants and attends <br />key meetings and presentations. Isis monitors all project <br />phases, from programming through contract administra- <br />tion, as well as schedules, budgets, and contracts. She <br />also maintains standards for processes, technology, etc., <br />based on the City’s preferences for continuous efficiency <br />improvements. This enables her to gather lessons learned <br />from each project for her and Marlene’s regular reporting <br />to the City for continuous improvement strategies. <br />Current Workload <br />Humana Account 20% <br />Museum Tower 20% <br />George will be responsible for participating in the man- <br />agement of drawings at each phase for all projects, as <br />well as the systems for construction documentation. He <br />will conduct periodic document checks and will have pri- <br />mary responsibility for stamping and signing drawings for <br />submission. George will also coordinate all efforts towards <br />assembling integrated documentation, code reviews, tech- <br />nical review and quality control. <br />Current Workload <br />Miscellaneous Projects 40% <br />Gisselle establishes the overall planning and design direc- <br />tion for all projects. Additionally, she will oversee the <br />development of a consistent image, character and aes- <br />thetic quality that meets the City’s objectives. Working <br />closely with the project team to ensure that all techni- <br />cal aspects are seamlessly coordinated with the overall <br />design, Gisselle directs all aspects of design, from initial <br />concept to finish details.
