She will also perform the role of project director, on a macro level, a role she has filled on many projects. Marlene will coordinate with the City’s team and IA’s core team to ensure appropriate levels of staffing and resources during each phase, as well as to ensure consistency and timeliness. Current Workload Humana Account 10% First Horizon Account 10% Miscellaneous Projects 20% Isis is responsible for the team’s ability to meet desig- nated objectives and deliver successful projects. Focused on integrating the program and design with the technical requirements of the space, she coordinates project docu- mentation, team members, and consultants and attends key meetings and presentations. Isis monitors all project phases, from programming through contract administra- tion, as well as schedules, budgets, and contracts. She also maintains standards for processes, technology, etc., based on the City’s preferences for continuous efficiency improvements. This enables her to gather lessons learned from each project for her and Marlene’s regular reporting to the City for continuous improvement strategies. Current Workload Humana Account 20% Museum Tower 20% George will be responsible for participating in the man- agement of drawings at each phase for all projects, as well as the systems for construction documentation. He will conduct periodic document checks and will have pri- mary responsibility for stamping and signing drawings for submission. George will also coordinate all efforts towards assembling integrated documentation, code reviews, tech- nical review and quality control. Current Workload Miscellaneous Projects 40% Gisselle establishes the overall planning and design direc- tion for all projects. Additionally, she will oversee the development of a consistent image, character and aes- thetic quality that meets the City’s objectives. Working closely with the project team to ensure that all techni- cal aspects are seamlessly coordinated with the overall design, Gisselle directs all aspects of design, from initial concept to finish details.
