<br />IA designed 62,000 square feet of the high rise office building in the Government Center District of Downtown Miami, Museum Tower. IA was
<br />hired to redesign and re-imagine the public areas of the building to not only reposition the building in the market and appeal
<br />to a younger generational demographic. Role: Principal-in-Charge
<br />35,000 square-foot new fleet operations center (FOC) and executive suite of Carnival's headquarters campus. This is Carnival's largest and most
<br />advanced FOC, which features a 74-foot video wall to monitor 26 cruise ships. The space also features flexible workstation "pods," carpeting
<br />made from reclaimed fishing nets, open workspace, collaboration areas, and branding elements throughout. Role: Principal-in-Charge
<br />The MDR client was looking to refresh and reposition their 150 Alhambra building in the Coral Gables area with a more modern aesthetic. The renovations included
<br />the building's main lobby, tenant common room corridors and restrooms, as well as the building management office. Building standards for finish materials and
<br />signage were also developed. Additional renovations to the outdoor plaza is underway providing tenants and visitors with views of nature. Role: Principal-in-Charge
<br />Restack of the five-story North America Headquarters, IA's design calls-out the overarching Bacardi brand, while conference and meeting rooms
<br />reflect distinctive Bacardi spirits. The new design transitions the headquarters from a traditional layout with closed offices and large
<br />workstations, to smaller workstations in a open plan with plenty of collaborations space and meeting rooms. Role: Principal-in-Charge
<br />Phased construction of the first headquarters for Virgin's new brand, Virgin Voyages. The design was influenced by elements of ships and sea
<br />travel with nautical-themed graphics. This 50,000 square foot new headquarters features 100% benching workstations, tem zones, boardroom
<br />with moveable glass partitions, and integrated technology. Role: Principal-in-Charge.
