Available office spaces included private offices, office suites and custom build outs. The co-working spaces included hot desks, dedicated desks, and lab desks. Role: Designer IA designed IA's Miami new 4,500 square-foot office relocation in Coral Gables. The space was designed to encourage collaboration and show a positive user experience. The design is modern yet approachable, showcasing the firm's culture with a casual living room that feels like home. Role: Designer IA designed 62,000 square feet of the high rise office building in the Government Center District of Downtown Miami, Museum Tower. IA was hired to redesign and re-imagine the public areas of the building to not only reposition the building in the market and appeal to a younger generational demographic. Role: Designer Restack of the five-story North America Headquarters, IA's design calls-out the overarching Bacardi brand, while conference and meeting rooms reflect distinctive Bacardi spirits. The new design transitions the headquarters from a traditional layout with closed offices and large workstations, to smaller workstations in a open plan with plenty of collaborations space and meeting rooms. Role: Designer Phased construction of the first headquarters for Virgin's new brand, Virgin Voyages. The design was influenced by elements of ships and sea travel with nautical-themed graphics. This 50,000 square-foot new headquarters features 100% benching workstations, tem zones, boardroom with moveable glass partitions, and integrated technology.
