YEAR COMPLETED <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONSTRUCTION (If applicable) <br />24.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />WeWork is a commercial real estate company that provides shared workspaces for technology startups and services for other enterprises. <br />Designing over 44,000 square feet of space, WeWork hired IA to deliver several locations throughout the United States, including three in Florida. <br />With the need to have workplace flexibility, IA worked with WeWork on designing spaces that could accommodate a variety of workstyles and differing <br />sizes of offices. Available office spaces included standard private offices, office suites and custom build outs. The co-working spaces included hot <br />desks, dedicated desks and labs desks. A strong emphasis on transparency is expressed by floor-to-ceiling glass walls and open community spaces. <br />The common areas shared by all include lounge areas, community bar, a pantry and beer island, honesty market, workshop room and general <br />conference rooms. <br />The WeWork brand is expressed throughout each of the locations with the use color, materials, decorative lighting, signage and furniture.
