SAFFTV PROGRAM: <br />VisualScape, Inc. provides in-house trainings, for which we offer a wide variety of safety, <br />technical and non-technical courses. We identify the needed courses through our site evaluations, <br />customer feedback, performance evaluations and needs assessments. The training is conducted by <br />our management team or resources such as vendors and suppliers. We ensure that they will provide <br />.is with the latest safety trainings, and updates on new technology in the most commonly used <br />industry equipment & products. <br />Safety Tool Box Meetings: Our safety meetings are held once a week at VisualScape yard. It is <br />mandatory for all employees to attend. Topics are chosen from our library of 52 safety topics or <br />the Workplace Safety Program, In Addition to these more specific meetings are held at Job <br />locations to review job specific safety criteria. <br />Quarterly Safety Committee Meetings: A safety committee has been established to recommend <br />improvements to our workplace safety program, and to identify corrective measures needed to <br />eliminate or control recognized safety and health hazards. The safety committee will determine <br />the schedule for evaluating the effectiveness of control measures used to protect employees from <br />safety and health hazards in the workplace. <br />The safety committee will be responsible for assisting management in the following functions: <br />• Reviewing workplace safety rules <br />• Evaluating employee accident and illness prevention programs <br />• Providing and monitoring workplace safety education and training <br />• Review status of accidents occurred <br />• Safety supplies request & inventory <br />The safety program will be updated by evaluating employee accident injury records,. establishing <br />trends and patterns, and formulating corrective measures to prevent recurrence. <br />Safety committee members will participate in safety training and monitor workplace safety <br />education and training to ensure that the safety program is being followed and pertinent <br />information is being documented.
