Exceptions to this can be approved by the Human <br />Resources Representative. <br />(c) Acting as a broker, finder, go-between or otherwise for the benefit of a third party in <br />transactions involving or potentially involving the Company or its interests. <br />(d) Any other arrangements or circumstances, including family or other personal <br />relationships, which might dissuade the associate from acting in the best interest of the <br />company. <br />Any violation of this policy will subject to disciplinary action up to including immediate <br />termination. Any Company employee having knowledge of any violation of the policy shall <br />promptly report such violation to the appropriate level of management. Each Manager and <br />company officer is responsible for compliance in their area of responsibility. When questions arise <br />concerning any aspect of this policy, contact the Human Resources department. <br />23. BULLETIN BOARDS <br />The Company maintains a bulletin board as an important source of information. This bulletin <br />board is to be used solely to post information approved by the Company regarding Company <br />policies, governmental regulations, and other matters of concern to all employees and related <br />to the employees' employment by the Company. As an employee, you are expected to check <br />the bulletin boards daily so that you will be familiar with the information posted there. No <br />information may be placed on these bulletin boards without the prior approval of the Human <br />Resources Representative. <br />39 <br />
