The Bidder shall conduct "Landscape Maintenance Services" as defined in this ITB to all <br />Government facilities. All tasks required in the maintenance of Government Facilities shall <br />be in accordance with Section 1, Performance Standards & Technical Specifications. <br />E7 This bid item is to include the Public Works compound with trailers <br />underneath the Wm Lehman Causeway between the Intracoastal <br />Waterway and North Bay Road. <br />E1 thru E7 Removal of all litter and debris shall be conducted once per day, <br />7 days a week. <br />E8 — E9 This bid item is to include the removal of all litter, debris and non- <br />native plant species from mangrove conversation areas in <br />accordance with section 3, Performance Standards and Technical <br />Specifications <br />2.1.8 F. SEASONAL COLOR REPLACEMENT (see section E in the Bid Form) <br />The Bidder shall conduct "Landscape Maintenance Services" as defined in this ITB to <br />replace the City's seasonal color three times per year in a timely fashion. All tasks required <br />in the replacement of seasonal color shall be in accordance with Section 1, Performance <br />Standards & Technical Specifcations. <br />F1 thru F3 This bid item is to include the removal and proper disposal of prior <br />season's flowers and soil, new Atlas 3000 planting soil mix and <br />soil amendments, pre -emergent herbicide, delivery, layout and <br />placement of annual flowers in 4.5" pots, cleanup and <br />maintenance of new flowers in the locations designated by the <br />City. <br />2.1.9 G. ROYAL PALM MAINTENANCE <br />The Bidder shall conduct "Landscape Maintenance Services" as defined in this ITB to <br />maintain all Royal Palms. All tasks required in the maintenance of Royal Palms shall be in <br />accordance with Section 1, Performance Standards & Technical Specifications. <br />G1 This bid item is to include Merit soil drench for Royal Palms two <br />times per year including a follow-up application per specifications <br />in the locations designated by the City. <br />G2 This bid item is to include Imidacloprid or Safari Foliar spray for <br />all Royal Palms once per year, including a follow-up per <br />specifications in the locations designated by the City. <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach I ITB 20-08-01 Right -of -Ways and Facilities Landscape Maintenance Services <br />
