",'Y of suN P" <br />L11 This bid item is to provide a fully functioning and properly <br />maintained grapple loader with a 30 cubic yard capacity. <br />3.1.4.9 BULLDOZER INCLUDING OPERATOR <br />L12 thru L13 This bid item is to provide a fully functioning and properly <br />maintained bulldozer with competent operator that can <br />be used on the beach. <br />3.1.5 M. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS (see section L of the Bid Form) <br />This bid item is to include the supplying of all necessary materials, supplies, labor, <br />equipment, fuel, and other miscellaneous necessities to conduct the following tasks. Such <br />work shall be considered as miscellaneous items which are subject to the City's final <br />approval. Upon approval, the City will pay the contractor based on the labor rate specified <br />in the Bid Form of the Bid Cost Proposal. For work requested beyond the provided labor <br />rates, the City's Project Manager may request quotes from other contractors for the stated <br />miscellaneous items. <br />M2 PRESSURE CLEAN VARIOUS CITY FACILITIES <br />Pressure clean various City -facilities and sidewalk areas with a 3500 PSI pressure <br />washer, as specifically directed by the City. This proposal item is to include 2 <br />persons and is intended to cover unique situations such as an accident that leaves <br />debris or staining on the City's sidewalks, streets and/or parking lots, bus shelters, <br />or other areas as specified by the City. <br />M3 HANG BANNERS <br />Hang banners in the locations designated by the City. This proposal item is <br />intended to include all work necessary, including any needed repairs to, or <br />replacement of, the arms that support the banners. For payments under this item, <br />the service must be specifically requested by the City for a unique and specific <br />task, however the Bidders is responsible for immediately notifying the City if any <br />missing or damaged banners are found during the regular servicing and inspection <br />of the streets. <br />M5 GRAFFITI REMOVAL <br />Cover over or remove, as directed by the City, any graffiti. The Contractor shall <br />advise City for authorization/ pre -pre -approval before commencing graffiti <br />removal. This proposal item is intended to include all work, including any needed <br />repairs required to allow the graffiti to be addressed. All work must begin within <br />one (1) business day of being notified by the City, and the work must proceed <br />continuously and expeditiously until the job is completed.
