APPROACH TO START-UP OPERATIONS & PROPOSED MAINTENANCE PLAN <br />Client Name: City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />Start Date: T.B.D. <br />Transition Lead: Robert Correa <br />Purpose: <br />In order to achieve a seamless transition, SFM implements a 10-Step Transition Plan customized for each <br />contract. The purpose of this process is to ensure a seamless integration of SFM Services when replacing existing <br />service provider or in-house program. This plan supplies SFM operators with a step-by-step guide for <br />transitioning. <br />Goals: <br />1. Deliver seamless transition that provides step-by-step instruction for SFM operations and assures the City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach of problem free conversions from current or in-house provider to SFM. <br />2. Identify key resources for transition tasks. <br />3. Transition plan creates accountability for transition team members by reporting the completion of tasks to <br />the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br />4. Create a base of communication between SFM and City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br />5. On time job start and successful service implementation. <br />10-Step Process: <br />1. Mobilize SFM Transition Task Force <br />2. Expectations Meeting with the City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />3. Employee Screening & Hiring <br />4. Order Equipment & Supplies <br />5. Employee Training <br />6. Invoicing Procedures <br />7. Onsite Orientation <br />8. Set up Supplies <br />9. Service Start Up <br />10. Follow up Meetings <br /> <br />SFM anticipates a 30 to 45-day window to implementation services upon authorization to begin. Service dates <br />and times will be coordinated with the City of Sunny Isles Beach staff to ensure minimal disruption to traffic, <br />residents, and businesses. Service schedules can be adjusted to meet specific needs of the City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />
