Section 6.b.(i) of the General Conditions to USPS Lease shall be amended to delete the following language: <br />"naming the Postal Service as an additional insured,..." <br />19. Section 7.d.(i) of the General Conditions to USPS Lease shall be amended to delete the following language: <br />"seek and receive written approval by" and replace with: "provide written notice to" <br />20. Section 7.d.(i) of the General Conditions to USPS Lease shall be amended to delete the following language: <br />"...and such approval will not be unreasonably withheld" and "...a portion of..." <br />21. Section 7.d.(iv) of the General Conditions to USPS Lease shall be amended to delete the following language: <br />"plus administrative costs and/or interest..." <br />22. Section 8.b. of the General Conditions to USPS Lease shall be amended to delete the following language: <br />"...and completes such cure not later than 60 days from the date of the Postal Service's initial written notice to <br />Landlord..." <br />23. Section 8.b. of the General Conditions to USPS Lease shall be amended to insert the following language: "...by <br />giving 60 days written notice..." <br />24. Section 9.k. of the General Conditions to USPS Lease shall be amended to delete the following language: "...in <br />all events have an affirmative obligation to..." and "...at a fair market rental..." <br />25. Section 10.b. of the General Conditions to USPS Lease shall be amended to delete the following language: <br />"...nor shall Landlord place, or allow any other person or entity to place any additional landscaping or plantings in <br />such area in excess of that landscaping or planting in existence at the commencement of this Lease." <br />26. Section 10.i. of the General Conditions to USPS Lease shall be amended to delete the following language: "(as <br />determined by the Postal Service in its sole, but reasonable, discretion). <br />27. Section 10.i. of the General Conditions to USPS Lease shall be amended to delete the following language: <br />"...without any liability hereunder to Landlord." <br />28. Section 10.i. of the General Conditions to USPS Lease shall be amended to delete the following language: <br />.....not..." <br />29. Section 10.i. of the General Conditions to USPS Lease shall be amended to insert the following language: <br />"Failure by the Postal Service to remove its personal property therefrom at the end of the Lease term shall be <br />construed as an act of holdover by the Postal Service." <br />30. Section 10.k. of the General Conditions to USPS Lease shall be amended to delete the following language: "All <br />other access to the Premises, including but not limited to showing the property to potential buyers, and within 30 <br />days of the end of the Lease term, showing the property to potential tenants, shall be at the sole discretion of the <br />Postal Service." <br />31. Section 10.k. of the General Conditions to USPS Lease shall be amended to delete the following language: <br />"...or unreasonable..." and insert the following language "...and..." <br />32.
