Russo, City Manager <br />DATE: 9/17/2020 <br />Ratifying a Fourth Amendment to the Agreement with <br />RE: Sea Diversified, Inc. to Perform Shoreline Surveying <br />and Mapping Consulting Services <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />It is recommended that the City Commission ratify the fourth <br />amendment to the agreement with Sea Diversified, Inc. to perform <br />shoreline surveying and mapping consulting services in a renewal <br />amount not to exceed $45,000.00 bringing the total contract amount <br />not to exceed $225,000.00. <br />REASONS: <br />In 2016, the City of Sunny Isles Beach advertised RFQ No. 16-06-01 <br />Shoreline Surveying and Mapping Consulting Services. Of the seven <br />proposals received, Sea Diversified, Inc. was one of the three ranked <br />companies. The initial contract with Sea Diversified, Inc. was executed <br />in 2016.
